RUTHANNE MADWAY, the founder and president of Envision Consulting Partners,  is a civic entrepreneur with two decades of experience in civic leadership, forging civic connections, consensus-building, community strategic planning, together with a proven track record of

fundraising, non-profit management, knowledge of art, architecture, city planning and public policy issues

Ms. Madway was the founder and executive director of East of Broad Improvement Association (EBA), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, for more than a decade.  EBA was dedicated to the economic revitalization of the East of Broad District in Center City Philadelphia.

Ms. Madway also served as the Executive Director of the Mayfair Community Development  Corporation (CDC) in Northeast Philadelphia,  where she spearheaded the establishment of the Mayfair Business Improvement District (BID) in 2015, the first new BID in the City of Philadelphia in nearly a decade.

Ms. Madway received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Wellesley College and a Master's degree in the History of Art and Architecture from Harvard University.
